(May 3, 2008)--News 10 has learned that Baylor is in discussions with Wake Forest and Fox Sports Net about moving the 2008 football season opener at Floyd Casey Stadium from Saturday August 30th to Thursday August 28th to accomodate a national television broadcast on FSN.

If the network and the two schools can agree to move the game to Thursday night, the Wake Forest vs. Baylor contest would be available for broadcast in over 60 million homes on Thursday August 28th.

I would love to see the Deacs on TV...we love the exposure of our up and coming program, solid and confident. It has been a long time since Wake has seen this kind of success. Bring on the Bears!
