(May 3, 2008)--News 10 has learned that Baylor is in discussions with Wake Forest and Fox Sports Net about moving the 2008 football season opener at Floyd Casey Stadium from Saturday August 30th to Thursday August 28th to accomodate a national television broadcast on FSN.

I would love to see the Deacs on TV...we love the exposure of our up and coming program, solid and confident. It has been a long time since Wake has seen this kind of success. Bring on the Bears!

This would be a bad idea because a lot of people have already made plans to go there. I have a party bus w/ a smoke machine rented!

That would be fantastic to have the game on national television. Baylor needs some exposure like that. Coach Briles has the team pumped up and preparing for the game opener. Briles took the 4-A Stephenville High School team to new heights and he will do it with the Baylor Bears. Go Bears!
