(October 16, 2008)--The Temple football team beat Harker Heights 48-10 Thursday night at Leo Buckley Stadium. The Wildcats accumulated 458 yards of offense, with 322 of them coming on the ground. Derrick Davis led the way for Temple with 123 yards rushing.

With the win, Temple moves to 2-2 in district play. Harker Heights is now 1-3 in district action.
