UMHB Men's Soccer Places Five On ASC All-Conference Teams
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's soccer team
placed five players on the American Southwest Conference All-Conference teams released today.

(November)--The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's soccer team
placed five players on the American Southwest Conference All-Conference teams released today. The Cru had three players named to the All-ASC Second Team and two more players were voted Honorable Mention All-Conference.
Frank Crabill, Matthew Dollins and Jonathan Hernandez were all
voted to the All-ASC Second Team. Crabill, a senior defender from
Killeen Ellison High School, started all 15 matches for the Cru and was
one of the top defenders on a defense that allowed just 1.14 goals per
game and posted five shutouts. He also added two assists. Dollins, a
junior midfielder from Granbury High School, started 14 matches and had one goal in addition to serving as one of the top defensive midfielders for the Cru this season. Hernandez, a sophomore forward from Belton High School, led the Cru with eight goals and he also added two assists for a team-best 18 points on the season.
Bo Baker and Daniel Green were named Honorable Mention
All-Conference. Baker, a sophomore midfielder from Burleson High School, led the UMHB men with four assists and he also added two goals for eight total points on the season. Green, a junior defender from Abilene High School, was another top defender on the back row for the Cru this season and also served as a team captain for UMHB.
This is the second All-Conference honor for Hernandez. Baker,
Crabill, Dollins and Green are all making their first appearance on the
ASC All-Conference Teams. The Cru finished the 2008 season with a 5-7-3 overall record and a 4-6-3 mark in ASC play.
