BELTON (October 29, 2009)--The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor volleyball team will host “Dig Pink” activities during the final home weekend of the regular season this Thursday and Friday.

The Cru volleyball team will wear pink uniforms during matches against LeTourneau University and U.T.-Tyler.

UMHB volleyball will also be selling pink t-shirts and raffling off a pink volleyball at each of those matches as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

All of the proceeds from the raffle and the t-shirt sales will be donated to the “Dig Pink” campaign for cancer research.

The Cru will host LeTourneau for a 5:00 PM start on Thursday before closing out the regular season with a 7:00 PM start against U.T.-Tyler on Friday.

If UMHB wins both of those matches, the Cru will clinch a berth in the American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament for the third time in the last four years.
