(April 13, 2007)—Services were held Friday for a Rice University basketball player who was stabbed and killed outside a bar in College Station.

Former Beaumont West Brook High School student Jonathan Bailey was laid to rest after funeral services in his hometown.

Bailey and his twin brother Janson were both stabbed by a man after they got into a fight with another man outside the V-Bar in College Station last week.

They were allegedly beating a Marine who was home from Iraq when both were stabbed by a second Marine.

Services for Bailey were held at Cathedral in the Pines Church in Beaumont.
