ORANGE (July 2, 2009)—Authorities in East Texas have arrested a man on a capital murder charge in the 1995 death of a woman whose body parts were found in the Sabine River.

James Edward Holden, 41, was arrested Thursday and remains in the Orange County Jail where he’s held without bond.

Holden is charged in the killing of Theresa Foskey, a Bridge City woman who was 28 when she was reported missing from her bloodstained mobile home.

Authorities said she was dragged to a wooded spot in Calcasieu Parish, La., where she was dismembered.

A left leg and lower torso were found in a small artery of the Sabine River in Calcasieu Parish.

Her right leg and upper torso were nearby.
