How are they determining who is high risk? Is a note from your doctor required for proof of medical condition? Hope they are just not taking their word for it. I have children that are high risk and am also high risk myself, but I can tell from that line we will be left out and our dr does not have any. Guess the non-high risk president's daughters & prison inmates are more important than the tax-paying, law-abiding citizens. Afterall, obama will need those votes for re-election.

Im more concerned as to why vaccines have not arrived before so many have already gotten sick. Isnt that what a vaccine is for? This is taking entirely to long.

Jennica, I'm all for supplementing with Vit D and following a healthy diet. But that alone doesn't prevent the flu. It does make you healthier. But I take Vit D, increased my vit C, follow a very nutritional diet... and still caught the flu this year.

Vaccines and proper hygiene are not the only preventative measures that can be taken to help prevent influenza (and other illness.) Why no mention of supplementing vitamin D, cutting refined sugars from one's diet, etc.?
