To Lisa: What part of dead, did you not understand? I hunt them, I take them out. I rather you save your stupid petty for the victims of these thugs. Don't worry about me and the lord's mercy. I expect none! My satisfaction is putting these thugs in a cage for the rest of their time here on earth. The lord can do what he wants up their but down here they pay for crime. I enjoy hunting them down about as much as they enjoy destroying good honest working people! I am a cruel person you see, I show no excuses, I show no remorse, I stop them in their tracks no matter what. I never bow down to these thugs and ready to die trying to protect those you can't protect themselves. Come get some! It is a lonely cruel job that I must do but I will with or without your bleeding heart. So, to all you thugs, I am here and not to far behind you and your wicked ways. Come get some!

Obviously people aren't getting the point or they probably just don't care. Ignorance breeds ignorance. That being said...having worked in the medical dept of criminal justice for the past 5 years I have first hand knowledge of the system. First there is NO CHARGE for H1N1. The vaccines are being given for free. Second, given the close living conditions of inmates if one gets sick then it's like and epidemic and then you have secondary medical conditions that may worsen the symptoms and before you know it you have flooded the ER's and hospitals taking up beds and overextended EMS services. Then the general public goes in to be seen and it takes longer or there are no beds available and they lay in the ER bed for many hours waiting on a bed upstairs when a simple little shot could have prevented this.

Think about it for just a second; if a tree falls in the woods, would it make a sound??? So if this vaccine is given to inmates and they die from it how would anyone know about it? Or better yet, how would they know or not know that the vaccine caused it? It's okay to use your brain sometimes; it's not against the law...yet

They can have my family's share... our immune systems actually works! Can someone explain to me how poisonous chemicals floating in your body strengthens your immune system...I really thought eating right, sleeping well, and exercise helps to strengthen your immune system but I guess some folks like chemicals in their food, water, and cancer causing vaccines. Or maybe some people need to stop watching so much television and go read a book once in a while.

So,because they commited a crime and because of there so called circumstances they have the oppurtunity to recieve the vaccine. Let's all remember "they are prisoners" they are in the prison system for a reason. Why should the general public, elderly, and children do with out because of the "prisoners" Makes no sense - maybe if the prison system were a prison system they would not live a better life inside there then we do on the outside having to work everyday and pay our bills. Maybe we should all goto prison and live off of the general publics taxes, since it is our tax dollars paying for them to recieve while we do without!

Lovely hard earned tax dollars at work again. There's a shortage of the vaccine for children, elderly and others who need it, yet the criminals get it? Weird priorities there.

TO ALEX: you said "the only good offender is a dead offender! I say this to you...Lord have mercy on your soul. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Matthew 7:2

They can have my vaccine. I'd rather wait & see what the side effects of the vaccine are. Anyway if the virus gets started in the prison system the chances of the employees' family getting it will be extremely high. I say vaccinate the prisoners & pray the vaccine is effective.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY - Prisons are all over the state. Most are in "rural" areas i.e. smaller hospitals. IF and WHEN you get the Flu and can't get a hospital bed, WHO will you b***h to then?? They can have my shot!

They should be the last to recieve any kind of Vacine regardless, besides this flu has killed less than the regular virus another ploy by the adminstration to con the public into thinking they are on top of the job. That is shameful all the hipe that they have put on this subject.

Wise up people. Most inmates have VICTIMS. Where were they in all this HUMANE treatment. Prison workers should be vaccinated first then the convicts should be last in line after the general population. They cost us money each and every day they live. We could save deserving citizens with all the money we'd save supporting these creeps for sometimes decades while someone's grandmother eats cat food. No sympathy here.

There are no special favors to an inmate in prison. Only 3 meals and a cot. I know, I was a TDC guard for 8 years and my husband retired from TDC as a guard. I never said my son should be treated any differently than any other inmate. I do think TDC employees should be innoculated ... not before the general public ... and I never said inmates should be innoculated before the general public. Before people make rude and senseless remarks about this, please get a life!

I wanted to make a few comments in reply to some of the remarks I have just read. I do not believe the inmates should be the first to get the vaccine...didn't say that. I just said they should be allowed to get it if they want. And most inmates have family who send money every month. The money for the vaccination could be deducted from that. And yes, my son is paying the price of DWI. And Thank You God he has not killed anyone YET. I do think he has learned from his prison time and will not go back to his previous life of drinking. And for all of you out there who have sons or daughters in the criminal justice system, you are not alone!!
