The lights were on, but no one was inside a car that ended up submerged at Lake Belton.

The car was off the end of the boat ramp. It was about 20 ft from the curtesy dock. This didn't have anything to do with the hill or any type of accident. This car was dumped as either an insurance job or at the end of a joy ride. If they had been smart enough to turn the lights off, it woulndt have been found minutes after it was dumped.

I live by Sparta Valley Park. For whatever reason, people seem to think it's fun to speed down the hill towards the lake and then spin out in the dirt area where cars park. Most are young, ignorant and think they are invincible. Sparta is a free park but still needs to be locked at night to prevent this kind of stupidity!!!
