As a veteran of the Army, who got out of the service at Fort Hood. I wanted to let the family of Michael Cahill what an amazing man he was, Mr Cahill diagnozed me with sleep apnea which quite honestly probably saved my life in the long run. His medical knowledge and TRUE care for our Soldiers was unquestionably what made him a TRUE AMERICAN HERO.

First of all, Pvt. Velez was a soldier of my brother's unit, that is still stationed in Iraq. He told us when they found out they were in complete shock, for her to leave a war zone, to come home to finish out her pregnacy, and then to be killed three days after arriving makes me sick to my stomach. We will always remember that great smile!! But secondly, I personally think that her unborn child should be counted as a life that was taking away before it had a chance to live life. So the number of people that passed should read 14. So everyone please continue to pray for the families and friends of the great lives that were lost on that horrible day. Rest In Peace Pvt. Velez, you will be greatly missed!!!

God bless those families of the dead and wounded in this horrible attack. As we now reflect it's about how political correctness in being sensitive to someones belief system over ruled and over road the military code of conduct. It's NOT about race, ethnicity; take time to look at the diversity of ethnicity within the dead & wounded! It's about not keeping and establishing our boundaries. The first time this idiot said 'I hate you, I want out, I will not be a part of the war against Islam........he should'of received a ONE WAY TICKET HOME....across the seas!! Wake up America; Wake up Washington! I'm not taking out...'in God we trust'....because I'll tell you this......I don't trust you. It's been said 'keep your friends close and your enemies closer.' How many red flags does it take to be agressively concerned about an individual living in America; living amongst us?

It turned my stomach to watch this story unfold on Thursday. I PRAISE GOD that my husband came home from 4 trips to Iraq. I'm sure that the families of these did/would as well. However, it is SUCH a slap in the face to be relieved that these heroes are safe at home only to be in the utmost of danger. I pray for peace for the families and I pray for justice!!

My heart and prayers go out to the friends and family of my fellow Battle buddies. It's ashame that we have to watch our backs at our own home. What is this world coming to. For the record, soldiers have always stood together. We have always kept each others back and we will continue to. Its jacked up that one of our own had to go insane. God Bless our troops.
