Waco Teenager Arrested On 20 Charges
A teenager who was named in 20 arrest warrants stemming from incidents in Waco and in Bell County was in custody Monday.

WACO (February 8, 2010)—Samuel Enrique Lopez, 18, of Waco, who was named in three arrest warrants in connection with incidents in Waco, 15 additional warrants stemming from incidents in Bell County, and who is facing two additional drug possession charges, was in custody Monday.
Acting on a tip, Waco police arrested Lopez just after 10 p.m. Sunday at a residence at 3533 N. 23rd St.
He was wanted in Waco on warrants charging failure to stop and identify at the scene of an accident, evading arrest and burglary of a habitation.
He was also wanted in Bell County on warrants charging DWI, failure to identify, four counts of burglary of a vehicle, three counts of possession of marijuana, three counts of resisting/evading arrest, two counts of possession of cocaine and one count of unlawfully carrying a weapon.
He’s also facing charges stemming from the discovery of cocaine and marijuana at the time of the arrest, police said.
Lopez was in the McLennan County Jail Monday.

Rowdy, you are right about one thing: this young man has to decide to change or it won't happen, no matter how much his family and others may want it. He has to face up to what he has done, admit the problems are his own and not blame others, and make an effort to change. This will involve disassociation with his current friends, complying with court-mandated counseling and probation, and getting a job to earn his own money. If he is not willing to fight for his own life, then he will most likely spend a large portion of it behind bars, or else dead.
