1. KWTX-TV/DT will conduct the Rachael Ray Cookbook Giveaway from Friday June 1, 2007 through Friday June 22, 2007 at 5pm.

2. Beginning June 1, 2007 through Friday June 22, 2007, a series of announcements will air on KWTX-TV, CW Waco, and www.kwtx.com inviting viewers to enter the Rachael Ray Cookbook Giveaway.

How to Enter the Contest:

1. There are three ways to enter.

(a) Contestant may register on line on the KWTX-TV website (www.kwtx.com) on the recipe page. Entrants must complete the entry form provided. All Internet entries must be received by 5 PM on Friday June 22, 2007. All entries become the property of KWTX-TV.

(b) Contestants may mail a postcard with the following information: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and/or cell telephone number and age to Rachael Ray Cookbook Giveaway, KWTX-TV, 6700 American Plaza, Waco, TX, 76702. All entries must be postmarked by June 21, 2007.

(c) Contestants may register in person during the contest period: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM by filling out a postcard with their first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, and home telephone number and/or cell telephone number at KWTX-TV, 6700 American Plaza, Waco, TX, 76702.

By the use of the KWTX-TV website and by entering this contest, contestants agree to KWTX-TV s website user agreement and privacy policy as described on www.kwtx.com. KWTX-TV is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, misdirected addressing, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. For entries by mail, KWTX-TV is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, misdelivered, postage due, illegible or untimely entries. Entries received that are incomplete and or illegible will be disqualified.

2. Contest limited to one entry per person. Only one Internet entry per email address and one postcard per household is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3. No purchase necessary.

Eligibility Restrictions :

1. The contest is open to anyone living in the Waco, TX viewing area. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of KWTX-TV, CBS, Paramount, other television stations in the Waco, TX viewing area, and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family members are parents, children, spouses, those in spouse-like relationship, and siblings (including those in step- and half-relationships when living in the same household.

Selection of Winners

1. Decisions of KWTX-TV with respect to the contest are final.

2. Contest will be open beginning June 1, 2007 and continuing until June 22, 2007. The drawing for the prizes will be on June 25, 2007.

3. Contestants need not be watching to win. Each weekly winner will be contacted by telephone or email by a KWTX-TV representative within 72 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries.

5. Contestants are not eligible to win more than one cookbook during the contest.

Prizes :

1. Forty (40) Prizes of "Rachael Ray 2, 4, 6, 8: Great Meals for Couples or Crowds" paperback books. Total approximate value: $19.95.

3. All weekly prize packages may be picked up at the office of KWTX-TV, 6700 American Plaza, Waco, TX, 76702. Any prize not claimed within forty-five days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. If the prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining entries.

4. In the event that a weekly prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and the winner assumes the risk of its arrival. KWTX-TV is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize.

5. All prizes must be accepted as offered. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

6. Odds of becoming a weekly prize winner depends on the number of valid entries received.

Conditions:

1. KWTX-TV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the KWTX-TV web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned; including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

3. These rules are subject to the interpretation of KWTX-TV. The contest is scheduled for approximately three weeks, but may be discontinued at any time in KWTX-TV s sole discretion upon on-air announcement. In addition, any other aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WRCB-TV, and such change(s) will become effective upon on-air announcement.

4. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

5. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant s disqualification, at the sole discretion of KWTX-TV.

6. A written copy of the contest rules will be available at the KWTX studios at 6700 American Plaza, Waco, TX, 76702 Monday through Friday, except holidays, between 8:00am to 5:00pm;The rules may also be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to WRCB-TV at the address above and posted on the website www.kwtx.com.

7. To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to KWTX-TV-TV within 90 days of the announced end date of the contest.
