Waco-Area Taekwondo Instructor Charged With Sexual Assault Of A Child
A Waco-area Taekwondo instructor has been arrested on a warrant charging two counts of sexual assault of a child in connection with two incidents involving a middle school girl in 2005.

WACO (October 29, 2009)—Waco-area Taekwondo instructor Mitchell Cochran, 42, has been arrested on a warrant charging two counts of sexual assault of a child in connection with two incidents involving a middle school girl in 2005.
Cochran was also charged with retaliation in connection with a threatening phone call made before his arrest in which the girl’s mother was told her daughter’s head would be blown off, according to the affidavit submitted for the arrest warrant.
Hewitt police arrested Cochran on Wednesday.
The arrest stems from an investigation that started after the victim told her mother she had been sexually assaulted from the time she was in eighth grade until she was a sophomore in high school, according to the affidavit.
The sexual assault of a child charges were filed in connection with incidents in June and August of 2005 that the victim said happened early in the morning while her mother was at work, according to the affidavit.
Cochran was booked into the McLennan County Jail, bu was later freed on bond.

Hewitt police don't have to have evidence to file charges but the word of the girl cassondra garcia williams. To date hewitt has nothing to go on.The x oleta is being taken to court for child support.The girl came to live with mitch ,according to the mother,because the uncle got caught sexually assaulting cassie.The mother had told friends and family about it happening.Alot of this story has not been said and mitch is unable to respond.Been a year and still nothing for police to go on.Seems funny they have relative that works for hewitt police and this came out.the mother is still not there for the boys.Sad to ruin a person for spite.
Check the sex offender database, they are regular people, with regular lives, living all around. The NEWS is reporting what is EXACTLY on arrest AFFIDAVIT not from the words of the girl's mouth, from the words officials, that know better. Don't you think that the Hewitt Police knew what this would to this guy? Don't you think that every single Officer, Detective, and even the Chief knew that they had BETTER be DARN SURE, BEFORE they made the arrest? Read the writing on the wall. POLICE don't just make arrests and file charges like this, especially the threat, with no evidence. Ok mrs TRUTHSAYER, some of that is true but only true for soneone this has happened to, this is not Mitch, HE DID NOT DO THIS. Also the threatening to blow her head off, you dont know that there TRUTHSAYER, its only what the news reported, which isnt always true. Im sure he is mad and upset there are people making up stories to ruin him and his 2 boys. The ex and the daughter are two peas in a pod. For the daughter is so funny to have her and her 3 friends all pregnant now by the same man... wake up people stop running your mouth about MITCH when you dont know him....
