From Ben Walnick:
The title of this post may worry you, but little impacts are expected.
An early wave of precipitation will bring a wintry mix to Central Texas, however temperatures will remain above freezing so no accumulations are expected. The roadways may be a little wet though, so please drive with caution!
After sunset, warmer air will start pulling into Central Texas, which should create an all rain event, however, some wintry mix could occur along northern borders of our area. We will watch this closely, but with lows on Monday morning above freezing we do not expect travel issues. Any change in the temperature forecast could change those travel impacts, so make sure you keep checking in with us.
Otherwise expect a warm up into the 60s this week with rain chances returning by Wednesday.
