(November 21, 2007)--Tensions are rising in Bangladesh as relief centers struggle to help tens of thousands of survivors of last week's cyclone.

Fistfights broke out at a food distribution center in one village where thousands of people had gathered before dawn waiting for rice.

Nearly 2,000 people descended on another camp that had only enough food for 1,200.

A Bangladesh newspaper reports the coastal area battered by the storm has been struck with waterborne diseases.

The paper says two children in one hard-hit district have gotten sick and died.

The top U.N. official in Bangladesh says the health ministry has medicine.

The problem is getting it where it's needed.
