(April 30, 2008)--Some residents of Suffolk, Va. are being allowed back into their tornado-striken neighborhoods to collect some belongings, but they were given just 10 minutes to do so.

Officials are limiting the time for fear of hidden dangers like damaged power lines and gas mains.

One man who has seen his home for the first time since the tornado, says it "looked like somebody took a broom and swept the pad clean."

John Catania says he understands that the state has to keep people from getting hurt "but it's still frustrating" to have only a short length of time to see what was once his home.
