Rainfall Totals Since Wednesday As Much As 14 Inches
As much as 14 inches of rain has fallen on Central Texas over the last 72 hours and more is possible before the upper level low pressure system responsible for the heavy rainfall moves out of the region.

(September 12, 2009)—Rainfall totals of as little as a half inch and of as much as 14 inches have been recorded over the last 72 hours in Central Texas, and more rain is likely through the weekend before the upper level low pressure system responsible for the heavy rainfall moves out of the region.

The heaviest rain has fallen along the Bell-Williamson county line south-southwest of Salado.

In that area, 14.33 inches of rain has been recorded since 7 a.m. Wednesday.

More than 9 inches has fallen in the area of the Stillhouse Hollow Dam.

McGregor has received more than 7 inches of rain.

More than 5 inches of rain has fallen on Temple.

i was wondering if anyone knows the daily total of rain for gatesville for september. or, how i can find it. i just need to know what days it rained, and an apx amount. if it poured, light drizzle for 10 min, etc. thank you cris

We got somewhere over 8 inches in our rain gauge since Thursday afternoon.
