Wet Weather Keeps Temperatures Down
Waco tied a record Saturday for the lowest high temperature.

WACO (September 13, 2009)—The wet and stormy weather has kept Central Texas cooler than normal.

The National Weather Service says Waco tied a record Saturday for the lowest maximum temperature for the date.

The high Saturday at Waco Regional Airport was 74 degrees, which ties the record set on Sept. 12, 1998.
