(October 12, 2009)—A wintry storm dumped as much as two or three inches of snow Monday on parts of southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
The weather caused 90-minute flight delays at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, mainly because of the poor visibility.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation was warning drivers to be prepared for changing road conditions.
Snow that fell early Saturday was a factor in about 100 crashes.
