LONDON (October 22, 2009)--Two British Cabinet ministers are unveilling a doomsday vision of disappearing cities and rising seas in an effort to push nations to strike a new pact on curbing emissions of global warming gasses.

Foreign Secretary David Miliband and his brother, Energy and Climate Change Secretary Ed Miliband, planned Thursday to publish a map detailing the predicted impact of a 7-degree rise in global temperatures.

Scientists at the British Meteorological Office have prepared the map.

Nations meeting at a summit in Denmark in December aim to strike agreement on new action to limit temperature rises as a result of climate change to 2 degrees Celsius.

Britain has pledged to cut carbon dioxide emissions by at least 80 percent by 2050.

This doomsday scenario is nothing but a scare tactic used to promote a socialistic agenda. It is not based in sound science, and is simply a political tool. The earth goes through natural cyclical climate changes. There is nothing we can do about it, nor is there anything we should do about it. The idea of man-made global warming is a hoax.
