BRICK, N.J. (December 13, 2012)--Debbie and Joe Turner's newborn has not only a 12-12-12 birthday, but also a name that recalls the storm that destroyed his family’s home.
The boy’s mother told The Star-Ledger they had planned on the middle name of Joseph, but decided to change it after enduring Superstorm Sandy.
A spokesman at Jersey Shore Medical Center said Carson Hurricane Turner arrived at 12:12 p.m. on Wednesday 12.12.12.
He was delivered by a C-section.
