TORRINGTON, Wyo. (March 19, 2013)--Authorities in eastern Wyoming restricted highway traffic because of what amounted to a dirt blizzard.
State troopers reported that the blowing dust was so thick that visibility was reduced to zero.
Troopers found about 20 stranded drivers and responded to several crashes, but there were no reports of any serious injuries in the dirt storm.
