NEW YORK (November 2, 2012)—The bodies of two young brothers who were swept from the arms of their mother have been found.
The mother was trying to find shelter after her home on Staten Island was flooded when the boys, ages 2 and 4, were swept away.
New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly calls their deaths "absolutely terrible."
The two boys were among the 90 people killed in the U.S. by Superstorm Sandy.
Power outages still plague more than 4 million homes and businesses, down from a peak of 8.5 million.
