MIAMI (September 17, 2013)--Tropical Storm Humberto was on the move Tuesday in the Atlantic with maximum sustained winds of about 40 miles per hour.
Slow strengthening is expected over the next two days, forecasters said.
Humberto was centered about 1,150 miles west-southwest of the Azores and was moving north-northeast at about 5 miles per hour.
Meanwhile, the remnants of Ingrid were expected to dump 10 to 15 inches of rain over a large part of eastern Mexico.
