SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (March 15, 2013)--A man and a teenage drowned after they were dragged away by a fast-moving, icy river in Sioux Falls, S.D., as they tried to save a 6-year-old child.
Sioux Falls Fire Chief Jim Sideras says 16-year-old Madison Leigh Wallace's body was found Friday afternoon.
The body of a Sioux Falls man who jumped in to help, Lyle Francis Eagletail, 28, has not been recovered.
Wallace jumped into the Big Sioux River at Falls Park on Thursday night after her 6-year-old brother either fell into the frothing water or was obscured by the gathering foam.
The boy, Garrett Martin Wallace, was not injured, Sideras said.
