KANSAS CITY, Mo. (February 27, 2013)--Conditions have been so bad in Missouri that some snowplows have been sliding into ditches.
The nation's midsection was trying to dig out of its second major snowstorm in a week Wednesday.
More than 100,000 homes and businesses lost power because the weight of the snow snapped power lines.
Three deaths have been linked to the storm.
