Yep, It Was Cold Here Wednesday Morning

(December 12, 2012)—The official temperature fell to a record low Wednesday morning in Central Texas.

The National Weather Service says the mercury dropped to 18 degrees Wednesday morning, breaking the old record of 20 set in 1966 and in 1989.

The region is in for a gradual warming trend for at least the next several days.

Overnight lows should be in the upper 20s.
