WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A man who was robbed at knifepoint in downtown Waco at around 2 a.m. Sunday flagged down a passing ambulance to report the holdup.

Officers were dispatched at around 2:15 a.m. Sunday to the area of South 4th Street and Franklin Avenue.

The victim told investigators a group of males approached him, held him at knifepoint and took his backpack, police said.

At some point a right ensued in which the victim suffered several superficial injuries to his hands.

No arrests have been made.
