Sexual abuse went on for years, 10-year-old local girl says

WACO, Texas (KWTX) – Jeffrey Morgan was in the McLennan County Jail Thursday evening charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child after a 10-year-old girl told investigators was subjected to abuse “for years, not months or weeks,” the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

Morgan’s bond is set at $25,000, according to online records.

The girl told a forensic interviewer on April 21 she was touched on her breast and on her genitals repeatedly.

Six days later, on April 27, while undergoing a medical exam, she said she was touched when her clothes were down and that her genitals were touched “on the outside and the middle.”

The girl said she was forced to kiss her abuser using her tongue and did not like it.
