(KWTX) - Looking for things happening this weekend in Central Texas? Look no further! We have 10 suggestions of things around Central Texas to do this weekend!

Copperas Cove Parks and Recreation is hosting the 4th Annual Food Truck Festival on Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. & for this year, there’s also going to be an 80′s themed-adult Kickball tournament! The Food Truck Festival is family-oriented and suitable for all ages and the day includes a line-up of various food trucks, beer & wine tents, live music, games, bounce houses, and more!

Dance the night away at the Buckles and Boots event at the Twisted Vines Event Center in Fairfield. Help to support and raise funds for the community of Fairfield on Saturday starting at 8:00 p.m. with live music by Jamie Richards.

Sizzlin’ Summer Bash at The Wisteria in Lorena has lots going on this Saturday! From 10: 00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be shopping, food trucks, and live music along with a Bloody Mary Contest, cornhole tournament, and a motorcycle show. This event is free to enter and to participate - free to enter your motorcycle, free to enter corn hole contest, and free to enter the Bloody Mary Contest with prizes for the best tasking drink and best presentation. It’s free to taste as well for those over 21 years old. For the Bloody Mary contest, vodka & tomato juice provided.

The Riesel Fair & BBQ Cook-off is this Saturday with a street fair, vendors, kids activities, games, live music, & parade! Saturday starts the day off with the annual Riesel Fair Parade starting at 9:30 a.m. at Riesel Elementary. Then head to the fairgrounds for a domino tournament at 10:00 a.m., Cornhole tournament at 2:00 p.m. with live music by Joel Wood starting at 11:00 a.m. Kona Ice will be there along with WacoGelBlasters.

Celebrate Kosse’s 150th Birthday this weekend! Homecoming Weekend has been the signature fundraising event in Kosse, yearly since the 1920′s. On Saturday, start the day with a 5K Run/Walk at Kosse Park at 7:30 a.m. followed by the Homecoming Parade Downtown Kosse at 10:00 a.m. There’s a VFD Community Lunch at the Kosse Community Center from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Hearne-Gidden and Heritage House Tours from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. starts the BBQ Cookoff Judging with entertainment throughout the day from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Don’t forget about the Homecoming Street Dance starting at 8:00 p.m. with live music and BYOB and BYO-chair! KWTX’s very own Gordon Collier Band will be one of the performers for the Kosse 2021 Sesquicentennial Street Dance! Enjoy the fun and friendship while supporting Kosse! Bring your chairs... coolers are welcome. Enjoy lots of food and a full array of soft drinks, beer and coolers.

It’s time for the W.O.W Summer Cookoff! This weekend, the Way Out Wineries will host wine tastings at 8 wineries, and a chance to try each winery’s dish featuring a secret ingredient! This is a self-guided road trip, and you can pick your starting point and spend the weekend road tripping to two, three, or all eight wineries in any order you choose. Each year, all of the wineries are assigned a secret ingredient that they have to cook with...This year, that ingredient is chicken wings! Get ready to feast! Tickets are just $35 and with each ticket, you will receive one tasting at each winery, taste of each winery’s spin on the secret ingredient - chicken wings, opportunity to play a game for the chance to win discounts, 10% off 3+ bottles of wine, and a ballot to cast your vote for which winery has the best take on the secret ingredient! All 8 wineries will have outdoor seating. Hours are as follows: Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This Saturday, the Marlin Lions Club will have their 18th annual Show in the Square Car & Motorcycle Show starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Falls County Courthouse. Show awards include plaques for 1st Place, Best of Show. People’s Choice and more. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds go to Texas Lions Camp, to scholarships, to provide eyeglasses for children, etc.

The 23rd Annual Car Show at the Groesbeck Lions Club is this Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It’s a family-friendly event held in the heavily-shaded Groesbeck City Park located just off HWY 164 with live music, door prizes, food, and lots of fun. Trophies awarded to several classes of cars plus this year there’s an all-new motorcycle category! Proceeds will go to help the community of Groesbeck.

Vintage Truck (Pre-1973) & Motorcycle Show Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Exchange Event Center in downtown McGregor. See some great vehicles and enjoy the hotdogs, snow cones, popcorn and some fantastic home-baked breads, cookies, pies, etc. Free admission but it’s suggested to bring cash or canned good donations. All proceeds to benefit the McGregor Food Pantry.

Together in the Trades - A Summit for Couples in Business is this Saturday at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waco from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Topics for the one-day couples retreat include working through tough financial decisions, finding your role in the company, Imposter Syndrome, hiring the right people for the job, leaving your job for the family business, and so much more!

Calling all BBQ pros and BBQ fans. The Cow Camp Cookoff returns to San Saba on Saturday at Risien Park. Lots of fun for the family, and for the pros, get registered to compete for prize money totaling over $2,000. Compete for best in chicken, pork spare ribs, beef brisket, pinto beans, and, Dutch oven desserts. Vendors will be on hand and there will be live music Saturday from Jeff Martin.
