TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - A woman who was seriously hurt when her SUV rear-ended a lumber truck died Friday at a local hospital.

Bayley Meuse, 31, died early Friday morning at Scott & White Medical Center in Temple.

The accident happened at around 2 p.m. Thursday at Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Southeast HK Dodgen Loop.

Meuse was westbound in her SUV when her vehicle struck the right rear of the lumber truck, left the roadway, and came to a stop.
