Killeen PD investigating shooting of 15-year-old girl
KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - The Killeen Police Department is investigating a shooting of a 15-year-old girl on Shoemaker Dr. on Wednesday morning.
On Oct. 30, around 8:18 a.m. officers were sent to the 1700 block of Shoemaker Dr. for a gunshot victim.
When officers arrived they found that a 15-year-old female was suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers provided aid until the paramedics arrived on the scene.
The victim was taken to the Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX by helicopter.
Police say she is in stable but serious condition.
