Man accused of stalking minor, throwing multiple Molotov cocktails at her home, deputies say
LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. (WNEM/Gray News) - A man in Michigan is accused of stalking a minor and throwing Molotov cocktails at her home, according to authorities.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says around 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 28, Alex Buley-Neumar, 25, threw multiple Molotov cocktails at a home.

Investigators believe the attack was connected to an ongoing stalking and harassment case involving a minor victim over social media platforms.
Neighbors were able to quickly extinguish the flames, preventing what officials say “could have been a catastrophic outcome.”
He was arrested less than 24 hours later and remains held on a $1 million bond.
Buley-Neumar has been charged with the following:
- Manufacturing or possessing a Molotov cocktail causing damage - 20-year felony
- Aggravated stalking of a minor - 10-year felony
- Using a computer to commit a crime - 10-year felony
- Accosting a child for immoral purposes - 10-year felony
The sheriff’s office said the case is a reminder that parents need to be vigilant about what children are doing online and who they are communicating with.
