The driver, Amani Dirton, 25, was arrested on similar drug charges, a traffic misdemeanor for a tint violation on the license plate, and for driving a stolen car.

Police said the car had a dealer plate and the VIN showed it had been stolen out of Atlanta.

Banks was arrested but released about nine hours later, according to records.

The rapper, known for hits like “Buss It” and “Toot That,” first appeared on “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” during season 11 in 2023.

In August, she was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport after a handgun was found in her bag. Police said the .380‑caliber handgun had a magazine with six rounds in it.

Breaux told police she did not know the gun was in the bag and that it belonged to her security. She was taken to the Clayton County Jail and released the same day.
