Alex is excited to be back in Central Texas after several years being out of the Lone Star State. No stranger to the Texas heat, Alex grew up just down IH-35 in Pflugerville, north of Austin.
He joined KWTX as a multimedia journalist in June 2022 after graduating with honors from the University of Missouri - School of Journalism.
While in Columbia, Missouri he worked at the school’s NBC-affiliate TV station KOMU 8 News. There, he served as an anchor, producer and reporter.
Outside of reporting on the stories of Central Texas, Alex enjoys watching movies, visiting local coffee shops and exploring all that Texas has to offer.
