Julia Potts graduated from Texas A&M in 2022 with a B.A. in political science and a minor in English. While at A&M she worked for The Battalion, the student-run newspaper. She started there in August 2019 as a news reporter, was promoted to news editor in January 2020 and served as the managing editor from August 2021 until graduation in May 2022. At The Battalion, Julia contributed to over 150 articles. Julia now serves as a newscast producer for KBTX.
