Shelves are usually fully stacked at Clifton Food Bank, but, this year, it is struggling to keep up with record demand as the food bank now serves double the number of people than it did last year.
Caritas in Mexia is running low on several key food staples, and, with Food for Families just a few days away, the pantry is hoping the food drive will restock its shelves for the holidays.
