The Title Clerk is responsible for handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles and preparing and sending funding packages to lenders.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Preparing Vehicle Title transfers (Texas and out of state)
Consulting with customers, lien holders and Tax office personnel on titling issues
Compiling funding packages and send them to dealers.
Scanning documents and reviewing for legibility and completeness.
Maintenance of files
Other clerical duties

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Diploma or GED
Experience A minimum of 1 year previous title work experience required.
Computer Skills : MS Office, Outlook
