Video recorded of rape of girl, 15; three teens in custody

Bond is set at $100,000 each for two more Bell County teenagers who have been charged with sexual assault after a 15-year-old girl reported she was drugged and raped in an incident that was recorded on video.

The teens were identified through video of the sexual assault that shows one of the teenagers raping the girl vaginally and the other raping her orally, according to arrest warrant affidavits released Wednesday.

Ryan Lane Culley, 18, of Salado, and Marco Saddler, 17, of Killeen, were arrested last week on warrants stemming from the incident on April 17 at an apartment in Harker Heights, police said Wednesday.

Saddler was also charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Bond on that charge was set at $3,000.

Police confirmed Tuesday that Jacob Ryan Wilson, 17, of Harker Heights, was arrested last Thursday on a warrant stemming from the same incident.

The victim told an investigator “she was given drugs and was in and out of consciousness” and that while she was at the apartment “a man had sex with her without her consent,” according to an arrest affidavit.

Wilson was arrested after the victim identified him from a photo lineup, the affidavit says.

Wilson is a former Harker Heights High School student, the Killeen ISD said Tuesday.
