Three hurt in major crash involving 2 vehicles

Three people were hurt early Saturday morning in a wreck involving two vehicles.

According to a Woodway Public Safety Department post, the crash happened on Bosque Boulevard near the intersection of Western Oaks Drive.

The department said three people were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of “significant injuries.”

One person was extricated by firefighters.

Bosque Boulevard was closed for a time as crews cleared the wreckage.
