FRANKLIN, Tex. (KBTX) - Saturday's severe weather caused damage to the fences at the Franklin Safari Park along Highway 79.

According to one of the park's facilitators, Tyler Bow, crews are working to keep the animals contained.

Bow says all the park's animals are currently being contained.

Bow says the staff was there when the damage began and was able to keep the animals inside the park, however, they need help with repairs to the fence.
