Madison Elizabeth Yancy Eddlemon, 16, is safe and back home after being found in Arkansas, WLS reported.

The girl's family said a suspect in her disappearance has been arrested.

In an earlier news release from Indiana State Police, the suspect was described as Alexander Martin Curry-Fishtorn, 22.

Police in Hot Springs, Ark., confirmed they have Curry-Fishtorn in custody.

The girl's family described the suspect as a stalker for whom they filed a restraining order against in March after they said he stabbed her with a needle and threw food at her.

The family said he took the girl to an unsuspecting family's home and dyed her hair black.
