An affidavit released Tuesday that was filed for an arrest warrant for a Morgan’s Point teenager charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child says the alleged victim was a 13-year-old boy and that the alleged abuse went on “for years.”

Noah William Schaefer, 17, was arrested last Thursday afternoon.

His bond was set at $100,000.

The affidavit released Tuesday says the victim made an outcry to his mother after a party on Feb. 11 at a home in Morgan’s Point during which the woman found Schaefer and her son, with his pants pulled down, playing video games in Schaefer’s room, the affidavit said.

The woman “confronted Schaefer and told him to never touch (her son) again,” the affidavit said.

When the victim and his family arrived home, the boy, who was then 12, told his mother “that Schaefer had sexually assaulted (him) ‘oral, anal, and everything else,’ for years,” the affidavit said.

The boy recounted the assaults in an interview with an interviewer at the Child Advocacy Center in Waco, and his younger brother told the interviewer that he had witnessed one assault at the Morgan’s Point residence.

Schaefer was released from the Bell County Jail last Friday after posting bond.
