A Texas toddler who was the focus of a statewide Amber Alert issued Monday night was found less than three hours after the alert was issued.
Malakhi Elijah Bankhead, 2, was last seen at around 9:30 p.m. on June 4 at Estella Court in League City.
He was believed to be with Katherine Ulrich, 21, and Albert Bankhead, 24.
The alert was issued at around 7:20 p.m. Monday and was canceled after the boy was found at around 10 p.m.
Police didn’t say whether Ulrich and Bankhead were with him.
The toddler was supposed to have been turned over to Child Protective Services officials last week, according to Houston-area media reports.
