Fort Hood Monday identified a civilian whose body was found on post as retired Navy Seaman Craig Nobel.

His body was found at around 11 p.m. Nov. 20 in the area of Belton Lake and the Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area.

He was registered at the BLORA Deer Park RV lot, officials said.

A family member had reported him missing, officials said Monday.

:"The circumstances surrounding Nobel's are under investigation by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID). According to Chris Grey, spokesman for CID, foul play is not suspected at this point in the ongoing death investigation," Fort Hood said in a press release.
