Bush’s Chicken is now offering curbside service for truck drivers who are working hard to deliver food and supplies across Texas and the U.S. during the coronavirus epidemic.

"Truck drivers are currently the lifeblood of the supply chain," the Waco-based fried chicken chain said in a news release.

"Bush’s Chicken has opened a curbside option to keep our truck drivers

fed while still being able to grab food quickly."

Truck drivers will be able to contact one of the 80 Bush’s Chicken locations nearest to them to call-in their order ahead of time and arrange delivery to their truck.

"We want to help keep our truck drivers on their mission to keep the supply chain flowing," Bush's Chicken said.

Several counties in Texas have declared a state of local disaster, leading to the temporary closure of dine-in restaurants in many cities.
