FRANKLIN, Texas (KWTX) A business owner from a nearby town did not hesitate to help people impacted by this weekend’s tornado.
Robby and Kelly Kenner and Samantha Cassada own and operate Twisted 6 BBQ in Hearne.
As soon as the storm passed they wasted no time packed up and heading to Franklin.
They gave out food to anyone in need.
This is not the first time the three have helped those in need. They also helped Hurricane Harvey victims after the storm hit.
By Saturday night, the NWS said the storm was an EF-3 with peak winds of 140 mph when it slammed into the small Central Texas town.
