Cellphone video shows man having sex with underage girl at local hotel

A cellphone video shows a 21-year-old man charged with sexual assault of a child having sex with an underage girl at a Killeen hotel, an arrest affidavit says.
Dylan Rosario Lucas of Dayton, Ohio remained in the Bell County Jail Thursday in lieu of $75,000 bond.
The alleged victim, a 16-year-old girl, told investigators she had sex with Lucas at the hotel on Dec. 14, 2018.
Investigators “reviewed a cellphone video showing Dylan Rosario Lucas having sex” with the teenager, the affidavit says.
Lucas was arrested Tuesday.
