Larry Kinder, 59, of Waco, whom state investigators arrested in a child porn probe in January, was named in an indictment Wednesday charging one count of possession of child pornography with intent to promote and three counts of possession of child pornography.

The Child Exploitation Unit of the Texas Attorney General's Office Child arrested Kinder Jan. 30.

The investigation was launched following a CyberTipline Report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children involving the upload of child porn to an email account, the AG’s office said.

A search warrant was executed at Kinder's home on Maple Avenue by CEU investigators who seized multiple digital storage devices, the Attorney General’s Digital Forensics Unit, the office said.

Kinder was transported to the McLennan County Jail without incident and was released Friday after posting bonds totaling $30,000.
