Local Family Dollar store burglarized overnight

Killeen police are investigating an early morning burglary at the Family Dollar on West Stan Schlueter Loop near Willow Springs Elementary School.
Police arrived three minutes after the burglary alarm went off at 3 a.m. Monday.
Later Monday detectives were in the store attempting to determine what was taken.
It wasn’t immediately clear how the burglar or burglars got into the building because the front door wasn’t broken.
A K9 unit was brought in to assist.
